For more than 12 years, we have proudly cared for patients across Central Arkansas through both in-person and telemedicine visits. As patient needs have evolved, we listened. Increasingly, patients and primary care providers have asked for greater access, convenience, and timely specialty diabetes care.
In response, we have transitioned to a telemedicine-only care model, allowing us to remove geographic barriers and expand our reach. Today, we are proud to offer high-quality, personalized diabetes care via telemedicine to patients throughout the entire state of Arkansas. This approach enables faster access to expert care, seamless coordination with primary care providers, and consistent support—without the need for travel.

TeleMedicine
In the current age of technology and AI and with difficulty accessing in person care due to variety of reasons, we recognize the importance of keeping up your appointments regardless of where you are and what you are doing. To facilitate this we are providing telemedicine services for patients. You can connect with the doctor from the comfort of your home or place of work without the need travel to the clinic. You will be meet with your provider by telemedicine face-to-face or by a telephone call and express your concerns just like any regular visit. Please call us for more information.

Archana Jarathi MD always dreamt about being a physician. After graduating from a top medical college in India, she moved to the United States to pursue her residency at Western Michigan University (formerly MSU-KCMS) in Internal Medicine. She moved to Little Rock in 2011 to pursue her fellowship in Endocrinology at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Since 2013t she has been practicing Endocrinology and serving the community of Central Arkansas. In order to simplify delivery of care, she now offers her services via telemedicine to all residents of Arkansas. Her passion is to deliver personal care to the patients and she strives to provide the best for her patients. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling and spending time with family.
