Prime Endocrinology LLC was established in January 2020 to care for patients with endocrine conditions like diabetes, thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary, adrenal and testosterone disorders.

Our Providers:


Archana Jarathi MD always dreamt about being a physician. After graduating from a top medical college in India, she moved to the United States to pursue her residency at Western Michigan University (formerly MSU-KCMS) in Internal Medicine. She moved to Little Rock in 2011 to pursue her fellowship in Endocrinology at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Since then she made Arkansas her home and has been practicing Endocrinology and serving the community of Central Arkansas. Her passion to deliver personal care to the patients encouraged her to establish Prime Endocrinology LLC clinic and she strives to provide the best for her patients. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling and spending time with family.

You can connect with the doctor from the comfort of your home or place of work without the need travel to the clinic.
